Had an amazing experience here. Was just passing by, travelling from Nusa Dua to Ubud and wanted to have a good cold brew. Vivi is the kindest person and very lively. If you know your coffee, she'll help out to choose the perfect cup for you. I was travelling and wanted something refreshing, she suggested a lychee cold brew and oh my god! The complexity is great. Recommended to visit this place again! (Vivi made sure our coffees taste perfect so she tried the batch before serving, thats the kind of hospitality you can expect here) Couldnt wait to finish my coffee first before clicking a picture! Also bought two coffee beans - cold brew and house blend!

This Japanese V60 at Simply Brew is exceptional. I chose the beans from Colombia with strawberry notes, and it absolutely hit the spot! The clarity in the cup is stunning, a direct result of the perfect drawdown and V60 technique. The coffee is clean, bright, and the vibrant strawberry note came through beautifully. It's definitely going to be my essential coffee stop every time I take a break from work!

I thoroughly enjoyed my Sumatran hand brew today at Simply Brew and I’m sure I’ll be back for more! Great coffee, great staff, great ambience and altogether a terrific experience.

If you love coffee, you should definitely come here. The coffee and food are both very good.

What a find ‼️ the amount of times we have driven past this place on the way home 🏡 we decided to give it a go and we were not disappointed. The team was helpfull and knowledgeable about coffee ☕️ my wife had the Vietnamese drip coffee she said it was the best she has had , I had the manual brew, a great taste not to bitter . The only thing is we arrived a bit late , the place closes at 5pm . We will get there earlier next time . It is also closed on a Sunday.
