I ordered one of their best sellers with premium broth (the waitress said it was more creamy; to me it’s still pretty light). The sliced chicken was very tender, moist, and no foul smell (I’m quite sensitive about it), it was so delicate. Then came my first noodle slurp, safe to say I loved the texture, each condiment complemented each other. I added few chilis and chili oil as well to give more punch, was really good. I added pork gyoza to my order and the filling was thick and safe to say, I enjoyed this delicacy, I finished in just few mins. However, they could improve on the veggies, I thought it would be a full slice of green rather than chopped ones. Overall, I’d like to order another selection on the menu on my next visit.
View on GoogleMy first visit to Red Dragon Ramen Sanur was a really nice one, and it lived up to what I already like about RD. The ramen was as consistent as I hoped, and I keep coming back to the same two bowls because they stand out for me. Service matched the experience well, so it felt like an easy, satisfying meal from start to finish.
View on GoogleThough this place looks mediocre from the outside, they serve the best ramen I've ever had an opportunity to taste. We order Tam Tam and Tonkotsu Kuro (their best seller). The portion is quite big so if you're a big eater you don't have to worry about eating too few.
View on GoogleI visited for dinner on a Saturday night and it was quite crowded. For a more relaxed experience, I'd recommend visiting during the day. The restaurant has 2 air-conditioned rooms and 1 outdoor area. The ramen was delicious, with a rich and thick broth. I ordered the Aka Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, which I enjoyed, although it was slightly too salty for my taste. My friend ordered the Kuro Tonkotsu Shoyu, their best-seller, but it was unfortunately too salty and unbalanced for me. However, everyone's taste preferences are different! The gyoza was a highlight, with a nice crispy bottom. Plus, the ice tea and ocha are free refill, which is a lovely touch.
View on GoogleIt's delicious. It's really good. I've had a lot of ramen, but here with pork it's just great, great rich flavor. I'm happy with the service. The staff is attentive, quick. The smoking and non-smoking space is separated, which is very good. There is a waiter call button, which is very convenient because the non-smoking room is away from the kitchen. Recommended visit. The fried chicken pieces are crispy but nothing special in flavor.
