Amasing wee chilled out spot. I felt like I was in the islands rather than the busy Sanur board walk with western-style restaurants. Their 2 for 1 Happy Hour cocktails or wine for IDR100,000 were so good. Best mojito I've had. Not too sweet. The marguerita was good too. And no arak! Not top shelf but proper drinks. I ordered the beef rending, which was short-rib style and the green veges. Both were excellent. I am coming back! Staff just lovely, attentive. I can't praise Nelayan enough.

Relaxed atmosphere, super attentive and helpful staff serving you beachside in the shade. The "Smoked Apple Pie Negroni" is awesome a must try when you are here! The Mango Passion is just what you need as well. Prawn spring rolls are a treat as with the cheese croquettes! Our second time here!

I found a SPAPLE in my food. There was also a hair in it. My wife and I had been here 3 days in a row. The view is amazing. We felt very at peace there. The food had been fine. Staff are nice but service is slow. Last day in Sanur, my wife find a shape staple in her food. I told the staff they were apologetic and didn’t charge us for the dish and gave us some fruit to apologise. I just can’t get over the fact this could have put her in hospital.

Nelayan Bali Restaurant is an absolute must-visit in Sanur! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the stunning beachfront setting and the elegant, yet relaxed, atmosphere. The view, especially at sunset, is simply breathtaking and sets the stage for a perfect meal. The food is a true highlight. We had the Grilled Black Angus Beef Tenderloin and the Pan Seared Trio of Fish (Barramundi, Mahi-mahi, and Gindara) - both were expertly prepared, incredibly fresh, and bursting with flavor. The blend of Balinese spices and modern presentation is masterful. The service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and professional without being intrusive. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner or a celebratory meal, Nelayan delivers an exceptional, 5-star experience. It’s more than just a meal; it’s a beautiful moment by the sea. Highly, highly recommended! We will definitely be back.

My family and I love this restaurant and we have come here for lunch multiple times. The waiters are so kind and happy to help you with everything that you want. The food is amazing and a perfect size. Would really recommend the chunk potatoes they are delicious. Thank you so much to this restaurant and have a really good time if you choose to dine there!
