Enjoyed the Sunday all you can eat yum cha. This restaurant is beautiful and the staff were lovely, considerate and knowledgeable. The real hero though was the food. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted better. We only stopped because we literally couldn't eat another thing. Definitely going to go back and try their ala cart menu

If you’re in Bali and craving authentic Chinese cuisine, **NagaEight Restaurant** is a must-visit. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxing, making it a perfect place for both casual dinners and special occasions. The food is absolutely delicious, but the highlight of the menu is their **Peking Duck**—easily one of the best I’ve ever tried in Bali. The duck is perfectly roasted with crispy skin, tender meat, and served with classic pancakes and sauces that bring everything together beautifully. We recently visited your restaurant for lunch with our family to celebrate my father’s birthday. Unfortunately, the overall experience was quite disappointing, particularly in terms of the food and service. We ordered the roasted duck, which unfortunately was not crispy as expected and had a slightly unpleasant smell. The kwetiaw and Sichuan chicken were also rather bland and lacked flavor. We actually had to return these dishes to the kitchen and ask if they could be adjusted to improve the taste. Considering the price point, especially for a restaurant in Bali, we honestly expected a higher standard, particularly when it comes to the quality and flavor of the food. In addition, we had specifically requested a dessert with a “Happy Birthday” message for my father, which we had pre-booked via WhatsApp and asked to be served at the end of the meal. Unfortunately, the dessert was never brought out. We are not sure whether this was due to a miscommunication or anything else, but it was quite disappointing, especially as we were celebrating a special occasion. We are sharing this feedback sincerely and hope it can be taken as constructive criticism to improve the experience for future guests. We genuinely wanted to have a memorable family lunch for our father’s birthday, but unfortunately, the overall experience made it quite difficult for us to leave with a positive impression or confidently recommend the restaurant to our friends and relatives. July: (Like this review if the pictures helps) June 2026: I want to stop in again and do a Instagram review and possibly add them to my Google map itinerary for the area on my Instagram, but I dont know if they have a Instagram? December 2025: This place was excellent! We had a whole duck, crab fried rice, and gyoza. Everything was amazing! But the only thing I would say is they should make fresh tea not used syrup. The quality of everything is already high so a simple changes would make the place perfect and value would be spot on. For the area, it's definitely pricey but worth trying Especially for a nice night out. I would definitely go back and try more food.
