Read carefully what I mean in this review I was a bit disappointed with my visit today. I had asked via WhatsApp if sunbeds could be reserved, and was told it was first-come, first-served. However, when I arrived, the staff mentioned that the sunbeds close at 4:00 or 5:00 PM information they hadn't shared when I inquired on whatsApp at that time ( I asked about the time and arrive arround 6:00PM) , even though I had explicitly stated I was coming in person. Yet, I had already explained to the her that I had contacted the person via WhatsApp, but she went on to explain that closes at that time ( She explain to me after she take my order ) even an apology as well. Also, could you please inform guests about the mandatory minimum spend on food and drinks *before* seating them and handing over the menu? I was taken aback when I first ordered a drink and asked the staff if I could take the beer bottle with me, I havent finish ordering yet, they said yes but here must to order food and drink as well. Did they think I would sit there for hours without ordering a meal when i ask about that question? They brought this up before I had even finished placing my order. It’s not just about my situation—what about other customers who might just want to stop by for a drink to quench their thirst? That is why I suggest informing guests of the policy before assigning them a table and giving them the menu.

Lovely evening at Memories, we had a family group of over 35 people and they catered for us all no problem. Relatively quick service and attentive staff. Best of all was their sambal matah - I had it on all my dishes. It was that good, we went and thanked the chef personally for making such a good sambal matah, absolutely delicious. Kids had a ball, very nice evening setting and a band that does requests had everyone jiving. Thoroughly recommend a visit here. Good mix of food and menu options which satisfied all 35 people! Well done Memories staff!

A very beautiful atmosphere. That's all. Food: The fish was tilapia; you can Google the trashy Chinese fish. Shrimp: they forgot to add salt. Tuna: ok. Paella: terrible, no salt, rice not Arborio, squid without salt is tough. And most importantly, the juice from unripe mango! It was terribly sour, I had to return it. The waiters tried to prove otherwise. Horrible.

This restaurant deserves to be busy every night…! Awesome atmosphere, location, terrific staff/Service… And tonight we were joyfully entertained by a trio of three singing the songs that we all know and can sing along to! I enjoyed the tenderloin steak which was very reasonably priced and cooked to perfection… My only comment would be that it was only just warm when it arrived but still very enjoyable. My only other comment would be that the menu is quite limited… I do understand the complexities of this and its a personal thing perhaps, but I only left because I wanted something else to eat and there was nothing else on the menu that I fancied or could eat… The menu is very carb loaded 🥴

What a great atmosphere staff and food. Prices are really good and we have been a couple times this visit and loved everything we have eaten highly recommended
