I was really looking forward to trying this place, but honestly, it was a huge letdown. The doughnuts looked nice, but that’s about it — they had no flavor at all. It was like eating sweet air. Even the glazed one tasted of nothing. For the price, I expected something fresh and delicious, not bland and boring.

Terrible service from Esha Saturday evening. When it was our turn, no thai tea, no mango special edition drink proudly being advertised, so decided to go for a frozen yohurt with the doughnut. While the guy (Ayu?) was making the yoghurt, Esha starts serving the customer behind us (not a problem), but then keeps firing questions at the guy, distracting him. We're then passed the yoghurt, no doughnut and no sign of being able to pay. Esha now completely absorbed with the next customer. Our frozen yoghurt becoming water yoghurt, we're now stood at the cashier eating the yoghurt. Time has ticked on, so we ask to cancel the doughnut and pay. But Esha is still gathering everything for the other customer and taking her payment. When we say we were first, she tells us to wait. Of course the other customer doesn't do the decent thing and says the first customer should go first, so we wait and wait. No apology, and come to think of it, there was nothing, it was like she was vacant behind the eyes. Poor, poor service.

The coffee and doughnuts were great 👍 I had a J cool twist, and it was half the size of the one in the advertising photo. Also, the tiolet was not clean. The place could do with a refurbishment . The staff were ok. A smile 😃 would be nice 🙂

They offer good value donuts, and good coffee. But the donuts are way too greasy, and I don’t like too moist texture. The place is old not that clean.

Very relaxing environment inside or outside. Hot or ice cold drinks. With your favourite donunt.
