This is a first visit but will not be the last. The staff most inviting and courteous. The food well we use to rate Bubu's at Nusa Dua the number one Chinese cuisine in Bali but sadly it is now shut. Thankfully now we have found this excellent alternative. Simply amazing food at realistic prices with an authentic atmosphere. Please try and i assure you there will be no disappointment. Special thank you to Mega and Lutvi who served our table.

I was looking for a Chinese restaurant in Sanur and found this place. Located near the beach. The staffs were kind and helpful. Their laksa is very recommended. I like that a lot. Not too spicy. The soup was rich and there was seafood inside. I also tried HNH fried rice and it was good, a bit of smoky flavour. Will come back again for sure. And they have discounts dimsum at certain time.

Nice restaurant and staff. I chose the restaurant because because I have lived in China for most of my life and I enjoy Chinese food especially the vegetables I ordered a Beijing staple, Kung Pau Chicken. Most restaurants outside China get it wrong so I don’t expect much, but no vegetables in it? and not enough cashews or peanuts? I could do a better job. Sorry! My partner had expensive Peking duck. Sorry, it was not Peking duck. The duck was chopped up on cubes and looked like it was stir fried, and get this, they either serve it with Kung Pau sauce or Black Bean sauce. Beijing duck is not cooked in sauce but it’s served with plum sauce. Basically, don’t serve expensive duck, especially Beijing duck if you don’t know how to cook it. Sorry, but Ni Hao restaurant doesn’t know how to cook duck and should not serve it. Don’t get caught out, save your money, order something else, or go to another restaurant where you might get some healthy vegetables.

Great service and nice atmosphere, but the food wasn't enjoyable at all. Quite expensive for portion size which I don't mind if the food is good. Passable at best. Edit; I am adding this response in after receiving the reply from Hey Ni Hao Actually, my visit was only two weeks ago, so the experience is quite fresh in my mind. To clarify your points: while I appreciate the 30% discount on Dim Sum, a lower price point doesn't improve the quality or flavor of the food itself, which I found to be 'passable at best.' Similarly, ordering wine doesn't change my assessment of the food's value or portion size. I stood by my compliment of your great service, but the kitchen simply didn't meet the same standard.

I had the chance to try Hey Ni Hao in Sanur, and it was such a pleasant experience! ✨ The place has a cozy and welcoming vibe, perfect for casual dining or catching up with friends. The food really stood out fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I especially loved how each dish had a nice balance of taste and texture, making it both comforting and exciting. The service was also warm and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. 9/10
