We went two times to their restaurant on the beach front. First time was ok. Second time was ... BAD! The foods definitely delicious (we ordered nasi goreng) , coffee and watermelon juice. Prices are affordable. Location is perfect, we do love the atmosphere. But .... the waitress are so RUDE ?! Just zero hospitality education! We had to wait quite some time for our orders, I asked if she can give me an ashtray , she gave it but they way she give it is as she is being forced. Nasi goreng came without cutlery (we have to wait again) When we finished the foods , one lady she just snatched my empty plate without even saying anything! Whenever she came with our orders and taking what's on the table , I said 'thank you' but she didn't reply! What a bad attitude! If you don't like your job , just quit ladies!

I kicked off my day with friends at this spot, and it was a fantastic experience. The beach is perfect for a refreshing swim and soaking up the sun. While the amenities and shower area are quite basic, watching the young kids happily playing in the sand and waves brought back joyful memories. We lounged by the pool afterwards, relaxing until dinner—truly a day well spent by the sea.

My review is about the Warung Gazebo On the beachfront. For the past 3 years we have stayed at Sanur Beach for 3 weeks each time. Everytime we walked past this place we were surprised there was no one eating there as the location is fantastic and the prices are cheap.|We finally decided to stop and gave a couple of Bintangs on our way to dinner.|We asked the lady whether the beer was cold and she replied yes. On receiving our Bintangs that were icy cold, the coldest we had ever had. We thought, wow this is our go to every night now. Next the second drink came. It was like they had just taken it off the shelf. So they suck you in with a cold then follow up with warm. When we received the bill, they tried to charge us for 8 beers, not the 4 we had. On complaining she said she just started the shift and c would ring her friend. This was all a lie as she had been there all along and they were trying to rip us off with a false docket. I gave her what we owed her and said we can now see why they have NO customers. Be very careful if you go there or stay there.

We looked on reviews so we knew what we were in for. This was just for one night so it was fine. Would not choose to stay longer. Pool had tiles missing, rooms musty and not quite clean. The lady was friendly and gardens were pretty. Well located being on beach front. |Needs a major makeover.

I had to leave this hotel hours after checking in. I felt very unsafe and the room was dirty. |I was approached by a man at the pool who made me feel very uncomfortable, I returned to my room and the wifi didn’t work in there, so was unable to let anyone know the situation. |When I checked in the lady at reception was eating her lunch so handed me the key and I had to find the villa myself as there was a lack of any other staff present. |So when I felt unsafe I was unable to find anyone to report it to. I was also afraid to leave my room in the event the other patron saw which room I was in. I thought I may as well settle in for the night but there wasn’t even a teabag to make a drink with. |At this point I had a chair against my door so decided it was best to find another hotel. At reception there was no one around so I left the key on the desk. By the time I got to the main road there was suddenly 3 staff members yelling at me to return for payment. |I was so I uncomfortable in this room that I had not even unlocked my suitcase, I have solo travelled for many years. This is the first time I have ever left a hotel.
