Let me start off by saying you have to try the Bakery! I tried the bakery in a different day of my trip, so, when I realized they served breakfast…I had to go back. My breakfast was not as impressive. I had the tomato egg cooked (Shashukra) breakfast dish. Like many other things in Bali, I feel the seasoning was lacking. The food here looks so amazing and high potential, but they must be scared of the seasoning. This dish could have been so good and I had such high hopes, but it fell short. I want to taste all the unique middle eastern spices! You can eat inside or out. During beautiful morning weather, highly recommend outside. The coffee was great and the bread here is to die for. Lots of sweet bakery treats to choose from. I highly recommend those. The atmosphere was clean and very nice, while the service was outstanding.

Visited Daily Baguette Sanur last weekend and wanted to share an honest feedback. The staff at the pastry section were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful — really appreciated their attitude and service. However, the experience at the coffee/cashier area was quite disappointing. The cashier staff (a slightly foreign-looking staff member) came across as cold and unfriendly, which made me feel uncomfortable while ordering. What stood out the most was the difference in welcoming attitude between local customers and foreign customers. When local customers entered, the greeting felt very cold and minimal, while foreign customers received a much warmer welcome and friendlier treatment. It was disappointing because I actually purchased quite a lot of takeaway items during my visit. I hope the management can pay more attention to providing the same level of hospitality to all customers equally, regardless of whether they are local or foreign visitors. Your café is located in Indonesia, and local customers should feel equally respected and welcomed. If this kind of treatment continues in the future, it may seriously affect customer trust and support for your business. To be honest, the pastries themselves were also quite average and not particularly memorable. The raisin one I purchased was underbaked in the middle, which made the overall experience even more disappointing.

This is the bakery in Bali that makes authentic French bread.🥖🥐🇫🇷 They use French flour to make real French baguettes. Judging by the fact that the edges are neither round nor pointed, it appears they were not hand-shaped; instead, it seems they used overnight-fermented dough, cut it with a Baguette Diciseuse, and baked it immediately. But taste is very good 👍 The Viennoiserie, such as croissant and pain au chocolat, are homemade. Since I ate in the shop, they warmed it up for me. The flavor of the French butter was excellent, and with the distinct grain, the presentation was perfect Tourage 👍. This is my favorite bakery in Bali.

Today, My son and I stopped by to this cafe for a coffee, simple coffee :) I enter the room and pick the table, none greeting, even 'selamat siang'. But compare to the foreigner who came with 2 children, the lady with glasses in the bakery counter, gave a very wide smile to the guy and said "hello, how are you ?" Amazing.. then my turn to order, she only said, "ya ?" then I order " chocolate croissant nya 1" , she answered "berapa ? " I said "1" then I said " pretzel 1, ini yg pakai garam kan ?" she said "iya" no eye contact at all. Then I go back to the table. I asked 1 guy with tattoo for taking order. 1 iced flat white with sugar 1 croque monsiour 1 iced cappucino with almond milk (extra 17k) which is fine because I have a problem (diarrhea) if coffee with normal milk. For your information, we order all the items in Bahasa Indonesia :) The pretzel and croissant came cold, no reheat offer. But I saw a lady guest in the right side was offered by the staff whether she wants to reheat the item before serving, while mine not at all. Then simple action, i also request to her to reheat. No eye contact, no warm gesture, compare to the local lady on the left who sitting with foreigner, the staff is smiling wider and say thank you many times. My coffee finally on the table, I saw no iced in the glass, while my son coffee was full of ice, no sugar on it, no sugar on the side. :) Then I sip my coffee and I didnt taste almond milk on it, I sip again to taste again and I am sure, they use normal milk, so I stop drinking. When I pay the bill, I just double check for the almond milk request to the guy who taking order, "tadi saya order almond milk kan, krn saya diare pakai susu biasa" he said "ya" I said again "Jadi kopi tadi pakai susu biasa donk, makanya rasanya beda pas saya minum, ga ada rasa almond nya, saya bisa diare ini" I knew it, because extra almond milk not stated in the receipt, and the lady and the guy looked surprise that none notice about the almond milk order. Final statement to them "masukan aja ya, tolong diperhatikan juga orderan orang lokal ya" then I left. The croque and croissant are perfect, but unfortunately can't change my mind to write a comment. My order is simple and we spoke in Bahasa Indonesia, I dont see any challenge here.
