We decide to come to this restaurant after we did Chef Mudana’s cooking class a few years ago. We were not disappointed! We order the black pepper pork, fish, mango sticky rice, and Balinese crepes. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I went here last week after reading about it on Facebook. We were greeted with a smile and shown to our table which is always a good start. The menu was extensive and it was hard to choose what meals we were going to order. We decided on the beef rendang and chicken pad thai. Oh my goodness they were flavour explosions in our mouth. So delicious and fresh. For desert it was black sticky rice pudding and caramelised banana with palm sugar and added ice cream. Again this did not disappoint, every mouthful wonderful. The guys, Putu, Made, Dede and Nyoman (Chef Mudana) are so friendly and are genuinely interested in their customers, and if they’re not busy in the kitchen, will sit down and have a chat, which is so nice. We felt so welcomed, like we had known them for ages. We have since been back again and sampled other dishes off the menu and they were amazing too. Looking forward to attending Chef Mudana’s cooking class on Monday so we can learn how to cook some of this beautiful food.

We came here for a cooking class earlier in the week, Chef Mudana and his staff were friendly and great to work with. The food we cooked was great and tasty. We came here for dinner later on and all the food we ate was delicious, Chef Mudana and his kitchen were very prompt with the preparation of our meals and they came out very quick, they all tasted great. Their service was immaculate and the Warung is beautiful, I highly recommend to come here if you are staying in Sanur or even just going to Bali in general!!!!

We had a wonderful family dinner at this lovely local restaurant. The food is fresh, delicious and incredible value for the quality. The mahi mahi was so tender and moist and the flavours of all the dishes were amazing. The staff are all warm and welcoming and are clearly proud of the food they serve. We will definitely be visiting this place again,

I came to chef Mudana’s warung after travelling around Bali for 2 weeks and eating at local warung around the island and their ayam betutu completely blew my mind. The balance of the flavours in the bumbu sauce was out of this world and the chicken was the perfect doneness and juiciness. I am gonna think about this dish for the years to come. Chef Mudana and his team really know their craft and their love for Indonesian and Balinese flavours truly shows. Terima kahsi 🙏
