I stumbled upon Warung Bambu Lulu completely by coincidence, and what a great find! It’s a fantastic spot for authentic local dishes. The service was surprisingly fast and professional, and the food was top-notch—the fish was extraordinarily fresh, the vegetables were super crisp, and the soup was absolutely amazing! The restaurant is spacious enough to easily accommodate both small and large groups. With generous portion sizes and fair prices, this place is a total winner.

The spicy-sour version is a favorite, though those who prefer milder flavors can opt for the clear soup or curry. Other menu items include fried fish fins, fried fish roe, and fried fish fillets, while vegetable options include winged beans and broccoli. The food is quite tasty, and there is ample seating for diners.
View on GoogleOrdered the Fish Head Sour Soup and prawns with petai. Absolutely delicious! The seafood was fresh, the flavors were rich and bold, and the soup was perfectly savory and spicy. Loved that they provide both dabu-dabu and terasi sambal on the table. The complimentary chips were tasty and service was quick. Highly worth it, loved the whole experience. A must-visit in Bali; will definitely come back!
View on GoogleThis place serves fried fish soup that makes Mak Beng's overrated. Clean and nice atmosphere. A bit pricey but quality comes with it.
View on GoogleJust had one of the best seafood meals in Bali! The spicy sour fish soup was incredibly fresh and flavorful — perfectly balanced between sourness and spiciness, with rich local spices that really warm you up. The fried fish was crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside, with no fishy smell at all. Paired with warm rice and Balinese sambal, every bite was pure satisfaction! The place itself is cozy and comfortable, clean, and has a nice local vibe — perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner with family or friends.
