Beautiful storefront. Ken (owner) spent some time working in Melbourne and brought some specialty techniques to Sanur. Series has a gorgeous fit out, community vibe, cutting edge equipment and great food and coffee. I tried several pour overs. I found the Indonesian coffees really shined and were characterised well, over the Peruvian Gesha and Ethiopian Guji at the time. The French toast was well priced and delicious.
View on GoogleMy first time visiting this homey coffee shop on Sat, mind you, it was full house! I didn’t expect such crowds but I understood better once I sipped their coffee and matcha (yep, i had both lol) + pastries. I loved how the owners were soo kind and warm, the staffs were as friendly and polite. On top of my orders, I gotta give my ultimate credit for their salt bread, oh my, the crustiness, buttery-feel that melted in your mouth, it was perfection! I just gotta takeaway 2 more bread and keen to try another pastry on my next visit :) The seating may not fully accommodate the high influx of customers during the weekend, i myself arrived at 11am-ish and gotta wait around 10 mins or so to get a table. Tips: come early in the morning would be a better option. P.s. the owner’s kid was also very cute, we were playing paw patrols for nearly 5 hours haha
View on GoogleSeries Coffee Roasters is a micro roastery and neighborhood café based in Sanur, focused on serving thoughtfully roasted coffee. The space has a clean, minimal design with warm lighting and a calm, almost quiet atmosphere. It feels very intentional and uncluttered, with a mix of indoor seating and a small outdoor area surrounded by greenery, making it easy to slow down and settle in. Tried a few drinks here, and the vanilla shakerato was my favorite, light, refreshing, and nicely balanced. Everything felt easy to enjoy, without being too heavy. It’s the kind of place that feels peaceful and comfortable, especially if you want a slower, more relaxed coffee break.
View on GoogleOne of the best coffee place in Sanur area. Heard of this place from my gf. She loves to drink their coffee, and suggested me to try their coffee as well. The place itself is just like a house in the middle of residential area, with a quite large garden for car parking lot (and the parking is free! cool, eh!). This place is also very pet friendly. You can bring your beloved pet, and your pet will love this place too, esp for dog, since it has a big courtyard for roaming and playing. I ordered Series Iced Coffee for myself and Flat White for my gf. Their iced coffee is good, but what I do love more from Series is the ambience when enjoying time there: very calm and relaxing. My gf suggested me to try their salt bread too, but unfortunately when I asked to order, their salt bread was still in the making and would take around one hour to finish. No worries, I would pay a visit next time. Shio pan (salt bread) dan aneka pastrynya juga lezat!
View on GoogleBeautiful coffee. We ordered 2 different blends of coffee but preferred the Buku Abel the most. The staff were extremely friendly and you can tell they absolutely love their coffee! They craft everything with such care and it shows in the end results. We also tried loads of baked goods. Like the hotel crossed buns, chocolate bread, but my favourite was the salt and butter bread. So simple but delicious and visually looks fantastic. Great experience and would definitely recommend!
