Breakfast buffet very disappointing. For 180k rupiah you would expect better quality and options. At first is seems like many good options, but in reality it's all pretty mediocre. The waffles lack flavor. The fresh fruits are limited. Toaster very slow. Bees/wasp all over the sweet stuff like jams. Taste of the coffee is different per machine. Don't waste your money here and better go to Genius cafe or another breakfast place in Sanur.

The quality of the food was very disappointing, as it was extremely greasy and poorly prepared. My husband ordered soup as a starter and fish as his main course. While the soup was served, the main course was never delivered. After waiting for a considerable amount of time, my husband asked the waiter to check with the kitchen regarding his order. Unfortunately, the waiter never returned, and no explanation or apology was offered. This resulted in a very poor level of service and an unacceptable dining experience.

My gosh, we came for lunch here as Accor Members, wow Staff inexperienced, we sled for 2 Espresso Martini’s and they came out weak as with no flavour, I sent them back and then asked for the bottle of French Rose sorry we don’t have that, then asked for a scotch & soda, sorry we have no soda only mineral water, wow I ended up having nothing to drink, lucky I bought a bottle of water with me, look at the photo of the popcorn chicken, say no more disgusting will never recommend!!!!

A restaurant in the hotel Mercure Resort Sanur. Very pleasant and cozy. Gado-gado salad, Nasi Goren fried egg rice, Baked chicken, and Fish and Chips are all reasonable and good. Staffs are very friendly and kind.

Very good food, fantastic service and great cocktails. I ate at 5 different restaurants during my stay in Sanur. This was by far the best restaurant. The beautiful staff, smiled a lot and made me feel welcome. The men wore sarong and head dress, the woman wore traditional Bali clothes too.
