We used to frequent Izakaya all the time when it was on the beach front, and were thrilled to hear they had opened back up again! Been here a few times, and felt compelled to leave a review. The food (both western and indonesian dishes) every time has been superb, and the restaurant is surrounded by beautiful scenery. The setting in the rice fields is beautiful, and surprisingly breezy, so we did not get too hot. The service is also excellent!

Such a cute cafe, right in the rice fields. Service was incredible. Food came out with no delay. Best nasi gorang/ fried rice & spring rolls I’ve head had honestly. They also serve matcha and barista made coffee. Internet is also available for those wanting to get some work done. Highly recommend this hidden gem.

IzaKaya sits right in the middle of rice paddies with a truly breathtaking view — it clearly caters to the expat crowd settled around Sanur. The food is a notch above your average local spot, and genuinely good quality. I'd even go as far as saying it served the best *soto ayam* I've ever had — though notably, it came without rice, which tells you something about who they're designing the menu for. One practical tip: skip the car. The road leading there is incredibly narrow, and parking is basically an afterthought.

Lovely spot on the west side of the bypass in Sanur. Good food and extensive menu. Reasonably priced.
