Have been going to Splash since it first opened, used to be so good. We had meat pies, more pastry than filling. Filling had no flavor or meat just some sort of sauce, pastry was so dense & dry. Also got some donuts, which were very dry, used to be real cream now some type of tasteless fake cream. So sad it has become like this.

As a long term customer of splash bakery, I can't express how truly disappointed with them I am. I have not posted reviews on my last two visits, hoping things would improve. Sadly, it's getting worse. Price increases, quality decreases. The pie in the photo was half cold in the middle, it tasted nothing like meat. Truly disgusting. I gave it to the dog after 2 bites. Rp33. 000 for this? No, it was worse than disgusting

Its was fresh bread and its was nice, but if you come early morning when they start open shop, bread not fresh it all. And cake in display from yesterday, better staff be honest and explained about staff from yesterday. Very dissapointed

I placed an order in the morning for 6 pies. Arrived at 2pm as I had arranged and there was nothing there for us except one pie. Was asked if we can wanted frozen or if we wanted to eat cold? I said I could wait for them to be heated in the oven in which she replied the oven is off would I liked to have them microwaved! I have been in Bali 23 years now and I used to recommend this buisness but my recommendation is to avoid now. I will never return, Thanks for nothing being the lunch and service I received.
