Was craving ramen for sometimes so when i went to trans mall studio n saw few ramen reataurant there i was so happy. After checking some of them, i chose Ichiban Ramen because its a global name, so i thought ofc their ramen will b undeniably good. The bowl was smaller thaan i thought it would be, bht thts not the problem fr me, taste was decent more milk taste than creamy taste, and the soup was cold.

The Konnichiwa Platter I ordered for my niece was just so-so. Nothing special at all. The sticky rice was too much. I think the Lychee Tea would have been better. But what do you expect from food court food? Don't expect too much laaaaaaahhh

Don‘t waste our money there … Look what I got 😭😭😭 Order sushi for kids and have big bone inside and not only one bone. We were at different restaurant but my kids want eat sushi so we bought a sushi for take away . 1. waited too long for 2 sushi maki , 45 minutes which empty restaurant . 2. have bone inside 3. we throw away and waste money and become expensive Better go somewhere which is expensive but worthies and eating fresh fish have to be smart choice . If not because of my kids ask for , I will not buy 🙏🏻

Disappointed with the meal here. The broth tasted exactly like cheap packet ramen bases—very average and not worth the price. While the staff were friendly enough, there was a real lack of common sense. We were a group of 8 split across two tables; after placing 4 drinks on the first table, the waiter just kept stacking the remaining drinks on that same crowded table. You’d think with 4 people at each, it’d be safe to assume the other 4 drinks were for the second table. Won’t bother going back.

I should have read the reviews before enter the restaurant, because now I waste my money for so-so food with below average service. Even though the place is half empty, I need to wait the staff to clean the table while I come because they just let the table dirty until someone needs the table 🫤 They also never refill the cutlery, so I have to search every table until I find the cutlery. Again the staff seems don’t care. There’s several staff there, but all of them always gone at the same time. No one literally stay at their post despite there are 4 tables currently occupied. So if you need menu or anything, well good luck because you need to wait for them to pop out. The food also doesn’t taste good. The mushroom in my ramen literally already went bad. Its not fresh and taste horrible. The fact they charge me service fee for below average service and overpriced food is unreasonable. Better went to other restaurants and always check the reviews beforehand.
