First time going there and it will easily become one of my favorite spots. The food is really delicious and fresh, had the sourdough avocado toast and it's one of the best I've had so far. It was so good. The chilli garlic fries were also really good, crisp and very well seasoned. I usually like a dipping sauce with my fries but these didn't need it, that's how flavorful they were. Portions are big too, we were even able to share between two people. Drinks were okay, the cappuccino was also good but it was warm and l personally enjoy a hot cup but still good nonetheless. The matcha latte was the only disappointing part of the meal, it had a bitter aftertaste and a powdery substance that kept settling at the bottom of the glass, definitely not ordering that again but everything else was chef's kiss. Service was also quick and efficient, lovely staff. The views are quite beautiful on the outside, the upstairs gives off boardroom vibes so it's perfect if you're looking for a place to work. Other than that, most of it is cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend you check it out if coming to Bali and definitely order that avocado toast!!

9-11 Cafe has a really pleasant vibe if you’re looking for a quiet place to slow down for a bit. I liked how comfortable and calming the space felt, and it was easy to settle in and get some work done without feeling rushed. It’s the kind of café I’d come back to when I want a peaceful break in Denpasar.

love the place, ambience and the view in the 2nd floor so cozy, comfy and homie. all the food we ordered was so delicious with good presentation. all the staffs are very kind and helpfull. shout out to sofia and one other girl in the 1st floor (I forgot the name) for always giving their excellent services. pls upsize the glass of iced matcha latte and iced chocolate bcs i like it. overall everything was perfect, will be back very soon👌🏻

I went here to have my meal, coffee and laptop time... Searched for the best spot nearby gn. Soputan so that i landed here. It's my first time but i got a really bad experience since i enter the parking area. The front parking was full, so I just wait for the guy to help me on the parking matter. Little did i know, they have another parking area on the backside. As u know, Indonesia especially Bali is lacking of signage and customer service especially for cars. The parking guy lead me to go to the back side, and because his lack of coordination we stumbled with another car that wants to go out. The sidewalk only fits one car at a time, so the other car suddenly just gets mad angry honking at me and the parking guy didn't try to do anything 🤷🏻‍♀️ like wth is he there for? And it was my first time, i don't know anything about the parking situations. So I just tried to back off while being flabbergasted. You should know how the land is there, it's not flat so you can't see everything and it was full. Yeah sometimes I forgot that the majority of drivers here in Bali are crazy arrogant or ignorant. And that driver was still mad crazy so i honk her back and then she complained about me. Maybe she's the boss, i don't know. And yeah, customer service, when I entered the store no one greets you. Well you're not Starbucks which has a normal entrance and only behind the counter people. An you're not well known. Please fix your store. How could you even name a place 9-11.

Great spot for WFC or just a quiet chill session! 9-11 Cafe serves fantastic coffee alongside fresh, tasty pastries in a really comfortable, relaxed setting. Definitely worth adding to your routine!
