Beautiful hike. It starts from the botanical gardens and has a rope along the way until the summit, the vegetation is amazing. We did the hike during a cloudy day, but with good weather you can get nice views. The top of the mountain is full of rubbish as most of the places in Bali.
View on GoogleTruly mesmerizing, hiking has never crossed my mind. My friends invited me over and this was my first ever mountain to climb on. Beautiful scenery on the hikes and was able to see the other mountains as well due to the sunny weather on that day ☀️
View on GoogleI’ve gotta say, this place was incredibly beautiful. I’d really recommend coming here if you’re into hiking in a dense forest. It has such a serene vibe mixed with friendly local hikers. Just be careful of the monkeys there, don’t feed them and keep your food hidden in your bag because they can be aggressive (my friend got bitten here). Also, at the peak, please respect the caretaker of the grave (there’s a grave up there, btw) and be respectful
View on GoogleIt is a perfect mountain to hike especially for beginner. The duration is approximately 2 hours to reach the top. You will enjoy a view of Lake Buyan and other mountains including Mount Agung if the weather is clear. Brings your own water and some snacks or light food to bite in case you get hungry. Please keep the mountain clean!
View on GoogleMt Tapak (1909m) can be reached from Bali Botanical Park, Bedugul, Candikuning. Look for directional sign to the holy grave of Habib Umar, one of Wali 7. It is located at the summit of this mountain. Took 1,5-2 hours of hike to reach. The trail is clear with ropes at the edge of ravine. The only nice opening is when you arrive at the summit.
