I used to love Mixue when I was in Kuala Lumpur! I was so glad to see Mixue in this tiny town of Pemuteran! Unfortunately, they don't have matcha softcone. No milktea flavour here, only classic milk 🥹 would have been nice to have matcha or milktea.

This comment reminds people that this is indeed a Redbus pick-up point, and I'm also grateful to the staff members at the store on March 16, 2026, for their kind help. Here's what happened: I booked a minibus on the Redbus app for 6:40 PM, boarding at Mixue for Denpasar. However, the platform didn't provide any driver contact information, and no one in the area had ever seen this bus stop there. Sure enough, the bus was delayed by an hour. During this time, the Mixue staff, despite their limited English, patiently helped me see if I could contact the bus company's customer service. Thank you! And thank you to Mixue Ice Cream, a brand from my hometown in China.

Very sweet young staff and great place to go if you need a shot of sugar. Careful, tables are not so stable and you may drop your drink! They have great outdoor seating, a toilet inside the next door restaurant, and a sink to wash your hands. Our kids love Mixue.

Their ice cream isn't as dense as local chain Momoyo. I found mixues ice cream too sweet and keeps more easily. Matter of personal taste
