What an unexpected surprise! We were staying at a homestay just a few minutes away by scooter. We spent a few days in Munduk and drove past this little gem several times without realizing it was actually a warung. Tonight, we were simply looking for somewhere to have dinner and decided to stop by this lovely place. The owner’s daughter welcomed us with a cup of tea while we waited for her mother to return from the village. When she arrived, she greeted us with such warmth and kindness and prepared an incredible dinner for us. It was a three-course meal: a starter, a main course, and dessert! Before each course, she explained all the ingredients and how she had prepared the dish as to dine in any Michelin restaurant. Everything was made using fresh, organic ingredients from her own garden. The place itself is modest and simple, but it’s filled with warmth, love, and passion for cooking. If you ever drive through this area, please stop by and visit her. You won’t regret it!

Amazing food, hospitality, and authentic Balinese atmosphere. It truly feels like visiting a Balinese home—they treat you like a guest, not a customer. One of the best Nasi Goreng I’ve ever had! Definitely a must-try if you’re around Banjar. Highly recommended!

Such a lovely little café with genuinely kind people. I wasn’t feeling well today, and when I mentioned it, they made me a wonderful cup of warm tea just for me. It was such a thoughtful gesture and exactly what I needed. The atmosphere is peaceful, the drinks are delicious, and the hospitality is exceptional. You can really feel that they care about their guests. Highly recommended if you’re looking for great coffee, tea, and even greater kindness.

I have no words to describe the amazing experience I had here. We came here on our first day in Munduk and had delicius nagi goreng, we enjoyed the food so much that we came back the day after and did a cooking day and had trditional offering and prey with this amazing family that lives here. The food is very healthy and all ingredients comes from the home garden! These are the most charming people I met in Bali. do not miss!

The owner Ilu was very nice. She showed us around the garden. It had so many types of plants growing. She gave us an avocado and let us try one of the snakeskin fruits that we've never had before. We ordered the banana fritter and it was so good! We ate it hot even though it was burning our mouths. I would recommend buying the cacao with palm sugar. Ilu gave us a sample and we had to get 2 packets as I wanted to finish one during the trip and we needed one to take home.
