Her er en mere varm og entusiastisk anmeldelse: If we could give this place more than 5 stars, we absolutely would! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The owners and every single member of the staff are some of the kindest people we have ever met. What made our stay truly special was that they took the time to learn and remember our names, making us feel more like friends than guests. The service was flawless in every way, always with a smile and a genuine desire to make our stay perfect. The breakfast was outstanding, and the food was so incredibly delicious that we chose to eat every single meal at the hotel during our stay in Munduk. Every dish was fresh, full of flavor, beautifully presented, and the prices were extremely reasonable. This place is much more than just a hotel – it is an experience that made our trip unforgettable. We cannot recommend it highly enough. If we ever return to Munduk, there is absolutely no question about where we will stay. We will be back! Thank you for making our stay so special. We hope to see you again someday!
View on GoogleThis place is amazing. We had a brilliant stay at Adila’s. We stayed in the villa, which is just a short trip away from the main homestay, and it was absolutely incredible. Having that little bit of extra space and quiet made the experience very special. The food at the warung was top class and the staff were so welcoming. It is a lovely, grounded place to spend a few days. We couldn't recommend it enough if you are looking for somewhere special and peaceful with amazing views and the best hosts.
View on GoogleThis is a amazing place to stay at Munduk. We stayed at their new private luxury villa which was suberb. Huge private garden, nice well equpped villa with high windows, fire place outside, and the best part - the view!!! What a view!! You could see the sun setting over the mountains, just magical!|So the accommodation was suberb, location exellent near the 4 waterfall trail, but what really made this place our favorite was the people. Adila and her husband Putu and their whole team are the most hospitable and genuinely nice people. |The food was also very tasty and reasonably priced. Our kids (who can be bit picky at times) loved the food as well. We even got some local sweets/cakes to go when we checked out. Such a nice surprise for our long drive.| We were travelling around Bali for 2 weeks and this was definately one of our favorite places on our whole trip.|Hope to come back one day! Thanks Adila and the team!
View on GoogleWe had a pleasant stay at Adila Warung Homestay. The rooms were clean, and the views were the highlight, beautiful mountain scenery, amazing sunsets, and a great location along the waterfall trail. Even with the rain it was beautiful. Adila was also very welcoming and remembered our names, which was a lovely personal touch. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. We regularly had to ask for toilet paper, and the bathroom supplies were quite limited, with only a very small travel-size bottle of shower gel and shampoo provided. Hand wash was not topped up so we resorted to water in the bottle to stretch it. Storage space was also minimal, with a small cubby style area rather than a proper wardrobe. The shower temperature was inconsistent, changing between extremely hot and cold, which made it difficult to get a comfortable shower. The bathroom also had no extractor fan or windows, so there was sometimes a lingering damp smell. There was no drinking water provided in the room, and we only found out later there was a refill station by reception. This would have been useful information to receive at check-in since we had reusable water bottles. The food was okay. The beef rendang was decent, although served with pasta it felt quite dry. The dadar gulung was our favourite. As this was a homestay, we were hoping to experience more traditional local food, but the menu was mostly the same safe tourist friendly options found in many places (pancakes, mie goreng, nasi goreng, fish and chips, rendang). A nice stay with amazing views and a friendly atmosphere. The location and personal service were great, but the facilities and small details meant that for us it felt more like a 3 star experience rather than a higher rated stay.
View on GoogleAs long time customers of Adila Warung and Homestay, we recently decided to try their new Private Retreat and it was worth the upgrade! Surrounded by private gardens and jungle, this cute A-Frame gave us a feeling of exclusivity in a location that is simply incredible. During our stay we could see over 100km away to the mountains of Java on clear mornings, and evening sunsets were glorious. The accommodation itself was well appointed, with a nicely stocked kitchen and refrigerator, modern bathroom and plenty of room to relax in the dining/lounge area. An upstairs bedroom provided a cozy and warm place to sleep on chilly mountain nights, and morning ocean/mountain views through the upper windows. Evenings at the retreat were nicely topped off with a fire pit out front that was lit and tended to for us to enjoy. Our stay at the Private Retreat was incredible - we will definitely be back!
