The location right by the lake is beautiful, with great views and a pleasant breeze that helps balance the direct sunlight. Parking is convenient, and the venue is easy to access. There is also an optional fishing activity available at a very reasonable price, making it a fun experience for both adults and children. If you plan to participate, it may be helpful to bring your own bucket or plastic bag to hold the fish you catch, even if you intend to release them afterward. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the smoky aroma infused into it was fantastic. Combined with the lakeside setting, it created a very memorable dining atmosphere. We chose to sit in the open area directly above the lake to enjoy the view. However, this came with one significant drawback: flies. As soon as the food arrived, they gathered around almost immediately and were surprisingly persistent. We spent much of the meal trying to keep them away, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the food and scenery. There are more enclosed seating areas that may have fewer flies, although they seemed to sway quite noticeably, which might not be ideal for guests who are sensitive to motion. Overall, the scenery, fresh food, easy access, and family-friendly fishing activity make this a place worth visiting. The experience would have been outstanding if the fly issue in the open dining area could be better managed.

1st of all, it's an amazing place to visit for the views. Ample parking space and quite easy access to this place. The weather is breezy despite the direct sunlight, you will get amazing photos here with lake and mount batur view. If you came here for food , it's worth going for mujair nyat nyat. The fish are fresh and the aroma melted into the fish is amazing. However, be prepared to up your martial skill and amazing hand movements. You'll be busy fighting off plenty of flies as soon as the food arrives. For me this was quite disappointing, I couldn't enjoy the food quite like I wanted it despite the amazing view. The cleanliness of this place needs to be addressed, it's simply too much to handle just for a meal. I'm honestly surprised at the amount of flies here compared to eating by the beach with less cleanliness. Honestly this would've been an amazing experience if it weren't for the flies. I hope this can improve.

Great location. Lovely views. Reasonably priced restaurant. Popular with locals. Nice grilled fish meal. It was breezy when we visited so the flies weren't too bad but on a calm day they would ruin the experience . Same all over the lake area I believe. Definitely stopping at if only for a drink and a photo stop.

A lovely, authentic place with good traditional Balinese food. The only downside was that there were quite a lot of flies.🪰😀
