This was the best meal I’ve had in Bali since arriving. The fish was incredibly fresh with the tomato and garlic on top. We had two servings it was so good! On top of this, the owner was incredibly kind. We sat and talked about life and the area, it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area.

The most delicious fish we had in Bali with a very relaxing atmosphere (watching people fish and the breeze was refreshing) ! Staff is very friendly we learned a lot about the area. Boat tour was beautiful and the cemetery visit a unique experience. Entrance is to the right of the hot springs, walk down white cement stairs leading down to the water.

This Warung is right on the edge of the lake Batur with excellent views. The food there is fresh and delicious. The owner offers also the boat tour around the lake attending the Gold Statue of the goddess, the water temple and unique cemetery of the local village.

Pros: - Very friendly staff - Great view - Great local experiences - Food was ok Cons: - Flies flies flies everywhere - Very difficult to travel there. We had suitcases coz we were on the way to another place and we had to carry it to rocky roads and stairs. - Ideally go there by scooter not taxi. Cars refused to travel there and a local guy called a cab for us with a bit extra fees

Very fresh fish cooked in indonesian authentic style 👍. The guy who owns the place speaks good english and is very kind. We liked it very much. Also the view is amazing, on the lake. The road to the restaurant is a little bit bumpy but very authentic, with lava from vulcano. We went on 31th october and there were not so many flies. The food comed covered in plastic foil and they give you special fans to keep away the flies.
