Nice stop on the drive, but it’s just a big ancient tree by the road, which you can see many of them in more peaceful setting when visiting temples. Good stop for a petrol as well.

A very huge old tree that has become a landmark along Jl Catur, Belok/Sidan Kecamatan route. Minding its own business yet providing shade for passes by and visitors, this tree deserves some noticing and it's free to seat under it or to post for photos. I see some people posted the other ancient tree in this location. That is a 700 yrs old Bayan Tree at Tua Margate. Please do not be mislead.

Great to see! Hidden treasure. Place not that busy with tourists (yet). Entrance fee is just a donation. People there are friendly and in for a talk. Tree is more then 700 years old, its enormous and seen as Holy by locals. Approximately 1 hour by motorbike from Ubud. Also nice to combine a visit with a visit to the Chocolate factory and plantation nearby!

A tall and large tree that is around 700 years old, very viral and interesting to visit, apart from being beautiful and strategic, the ticket price is also affordable, highly recommended
