Just had a lovely dinner at Red Salt Cafe, enjoyed by all including the kids! Burger was very tasty, delicious local beef. The kids shared a smoked chicken pizza that they raved about and the lemon-grass chicken main was truly amazing - very tender and flavoursome with a generous helping. Chocolate brownies and ice cream for dessert really topped things off. The owner is a lovely guy and the staff are friendly. A memorable meal had in stylish but relaxed surroundings.
View on GoogleMy family and I stayed in the Villas behind the Red-salt Restaurant. Breakfast served daily included in the room rate which was good. The restaurant meals were great with plenty of variety and good prices looking over the rice fields. The service was friendly and accommodating. Wayan and Nicole who own the business provided a welcoming feeling. My daughter and I had a sing along with Wayan playing guitar on a few occasions after dinner which was fun. They arranged scooters for us to get around which made tripping around simple. Great stay and would return again.
View on GoogleThis restaurant is a hidden gem! Super clean and great food! Lasagna was amazing! Very accommodating of our young kids (x5!) Chicken curry also great! Cannot recommend this restaurant more if you are after a great quality meal (not just for families!) Owner was extremely welcoming and great customer service! Best restaurant we have found in the Echo Beach/Canggu area to date!
View on GoogleHave stayed at RedSalt for the past 10 days with my Family. We ate most of our meals at RedSalt Cafe and thoroughly enjoyed the Western and Indonesian Food. We enjoyed a delicious complimentary Breakfast each morning. On our last night we had friends visiting so we decided to all have our Dinner in the Restaurant. The Staff were so accommodating to the 20 of us as it was late and we hadn't made a Booking. We all ate different dishes from the Menu and thoroughly enjoyed them all. Thank you to the wonderful friendly Staff and the very friendly Owners Nicole and Wayan. We will be back and the 20 of us will be staying at Redsalt
View on GoogleSo, this is not my first time in Red Salt, and I have always enjoyed the food and service here. But I feel the need to drop a medium to bad review today. The food was good quality like always but: 1. The service was poor and the level of English has dropped significantly. I assume these are some cost cutting measures since it's not high season but it still affected my experience. Our breakfast juices arrived way after we finished breakfast but they were good, like always. 2. One of the items on the menu is the Vietnamese spring rolls. 35k for vegetarian and 50k for prawn. We ordered the prawn and we had the great surprise of having one small shrimp each in both the spring rolls. This is seriously not nice... 15k for a shriveled little shrimp is just indecent. Otherwise, food is nice and place is beautiful...
