I had a really great experience at Burger Brother in Pererenan. The burger was delicious, juicy, and packed with flavor. The bun was soft and fresh, while the fries were crispy and tasty. The portion was also satisfying for the price. A special shoutout to Dwipa, one of the staff members, who was very friendly and welcoming. Since it was our first time visiting, he kindly recommended some menu options for us, which made our experience even better. His service was really appreciated. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable, making it a nice place to hang out and enjoy a good burger. Overall, great food, friendly service, and a good atmosphere. Definitely worth trying if you’re around Pererenan. I’d happily come back again🤩😍😍

Delicious, delicious burgers, with just the right amount of sauce, not overdoing it at all. Prices are at the high end, but well worth it. Definitely the go to for the occasional treat yourself splurge, especially the Got Beef Bro or Wingman Deluxe!

Hygiene absolutely disgusting. The tiny dining floor in front of the register is so greasy you almost slide down. When we brought it to the attention of the staff they just kind of giggled and said “we clean it every day”. This was at noon on a Sunday and it was obvious it had not been cleaned at all. In addition, the bread on the burgers was absolutely not fresh at all as a former Baker, this bread was at least one day old. The burger was served cold and the fries were served lukewarm. This was not delivery. This was a dine in experience, so they came straight from the kitchen at lukewarm or cold temperature. What’s up with that? The milk shake arrived melted instead of thick and creamy. The bottle of kombucha arrived without a bottle opener or offered to open the bottle, so we requested that, in five minutes later after they didn’t come open it, we walked back up to the counter and open it ourselves. Absolutely horrible service. We also notice many of these Maps 5 Star reviews are from local names with only one or two total reviews in their profile. Clearly something is up with that… The dining tables are directly beside a busy street with loud motorbikes, so it’s just not a pleasant experience whatsoever.

This location food is not good. The taste, the preparation, the quality just bad, sorry. I just went to the Burger Bros in Sanur and it is very very good. Please make this one like that! The smash burger at Pererenan is not a real smash burger, taste bad. The chicken has no flavor, etc. Just do same like Sanur location 🙏🙏

I'm sorry, but the burger was way too salty. Three of the menu items I used to order were no longer available, so I ended up getting the Got Beef Bro, the Fight Club with fries. I paid around IDR 340k, and honestly, it was all nearly inedible. Except the fries, the rest were way to salty. I only managed to eat about half before giving the rest to a stray dog. It felt like a complete waste of a cheat day. I specifically chose Burger Bro for my cheat meal because I used to enjoy it, but this visit was not satisfying at all. In fact, it was quite disappointing. I honestly wish I had gone somewhere else instead. I didn't complain to the staff as there was only 2 of them working nonstop for all the order.
