We arrived at around 9:00 pm, and the restaurant was not busy. Unfortunately, no one greeted or attended to us when we entered, so we had to wait quite a while before we managed to get a waitress's attention and request a table for six. The service was rather slow throughout the meal, and one of the drinks we ordered was forgotten. While the overall dining experience could have been better, the food had its highlights. We ordered the grilled fish, grilled prawns, blood cockles, and grilled chicken. Most of the dishes were average, but the grilled chicken was exceptional. It was incredibly juicy, flavourful, and perfectly grilled, making it the standout dish of the night. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up ordering three more portions! Despite the slow service, the grilled chicken alone is worth trying if you visit this restaurant.
View on GoogleTaste is okay but not my best. We got here because of friend recommendation, but started to regret. Service is awful, no courtesy, no smile, sour face. Every staff looks like hate serving food there. Gazebo is dirty especially on the ceiling, so many spider web. We asked some staff for a small request, but she is purposely grumbling on the way. What an awful attitude!
View on GoogleI spent IDR 450,000 on food plus a 40,000 service charge and the food was awful and not fresh. so I was quite surprised by the lack of flexibility when I made a very small request. I simply asked if my sambal could be fried because I cannot eat raw onions, but the request was immediately refused. As a restaurant owner in Canggu myself, I understand that not every request can be accommodated. However, this was a simple adjustment that would have greatly improved my dining experience. Unfortunately, the response I received felt dismissive rather than service-oriented. Definitely not recommended and never come back !!!!
View on GoogleSuch a beautiful setting and atmosphere, next to the rice fields and away from the noise of the road. The menu is small, but the flavours and quality of the food is beautiful. Amazing quality for the price and the staff are friendly. We come here multiple times every week as the prices are great for the portions.
View on GoogleBrought here by a local friend, a truly balinese seafood restaurant devoid of all tourists. The clams with that special sauce was mindblowingly good!! The sauce was sweet, salty and smoky! We started with one plate and had a total of 6 plates by the end of our evening. We also had grilled fish, grilled prawns and some fish head soup. Everything was fresh, delicious and so affordable. Ambience was great! Paddy fields in front of you with almost no traffic noise from the surrounding. This place is definitely worth a special trip there.
