I had been wanting to try this outlet for years but as I had a Priority Pass, stuck to the sad outlets they consign us too (the Concordia Lounge is a joke). My McAfee password manager was misbehaving (boo hiss), so the opportunity arose. Great location, clean tables and chairs, presentable and solid staff plus surprisingly good burger and fab fries. I would come back over the lounge offerings.

We arrived at Bali airport hungry, having not eaten since an early breakfast and having had to take ages to get through check-in and immigration. The terminal was its usual chaos, but we were happy to find this diner, with a booth free for us five to squeeze into. We shared four meals; some pizza, a hot dog, a grilled cheese sandwich, and a burger, plus drinks. The quality of the food was decent, all bar the pizza were excellent. The burger was mine, and was very tasty and well made. Lovely toasted bun, yummy and thick beef pattie, cheese and salad bits. All meals came with a lot of fries, which was nice. My boys had milkshakes and loved them, they were large and creamy. The staff were nice too. The price was a bit on the high side for what we got, but that's to be expected in an airport. It was worth the price to have decent space and decent food. Would visit again.

Stopped by TRS in Bali Airport for a quick bite while waiting for our flight. We shared a basket of fries—crispy, golden, and just what airport cravings call for. I also tried the banana milkshake (without the whipped cream option). It was smooth, but the banana flavor barely showed up to the party. A little odd seeing face masks worn… on chins. If they’re going to require them, maybe staff could wear them properly—or skip them altogether if it’s just for show.

Great food! Super grateful that they provide vegan options on the menu. A smoking room seems to be a hit, too. Basically, it's a tiny but very accommodating place.

Food is quite nice, slight misunderstanding when ordering and half my order wasn’t taken. Quite disruptive people coming and going to use the smoking room. Even though it’s suppose to be for paying customers only however this is not enforced.
