Makes me curious why so much bad reviews. Perhaps I was lucky? Food n service were all good for us on this Wednesday Afternoon. Curry laksa was pretty nice as well. Dim sum was good as my kid wanted a 2nd plate.
View on GoogleI used my priority pass and quickly ordered and got seated at 3:07pm. The coffee and muffin was quickly served to me but after waiting almost 20mins the food still had not arrived. A waitress checked on me and that was probably when they realized the order did not go through. Unfortunate error but I ended up having to do takeaway with their apologies received. Took away my food (got it around 340pm) and fortunately my boarding gate was 1A which was very close. Edit: Reduced the food to 2 stars after seeing how the F&C I ordered looked like. Pretty much some frozen battered fish from the supermarket, full of batter and hardly any meat. Edible but pretty much one of the worst F&C I’ve ever had.
View on GoogleI imagined the worst so I was alright with the turnout. Croissant was a soggy tub. Fish and chips was alright - it’s 3 tiny morsels you get. Greek salad was the best out of the lot. Benchmark this against the economy class food you generally get. Not restaurants.
View on GoogleCame here for a later dinner and the restaurant was fairly empty but the food took a while to come. When it did come, the food was alright at best despite being in Indonesia. The fried chicken and prawn crackers tasted good but did not come with fish....
View on GoogleI am very disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. I ordered the Thymum soup, and it was by far the worst version I have ever had. The soup had no proper flavour at all — it tasted like nothing but chilli powder and oil. It was not even close to a real Thymum soup. When I politely informed the staff, their response was extremely rude. Instead of acknowledging the issue, they insisted this was their “standard” and offered no apology or solution. The lack of customer service was just as disappointing as the food. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be returning.
