Staffs were friendly and polite. I ordered a chocolate pistachio toast but the actual toast was 2x1.5cm thickness slices of bread that’s lightly toasted without butter nor oil (so the toast is pretty white instead of brown or golden). The cream was light like custard, pistachio was in form of flakes as shown in photo. Milkshakes were okay. Overall alright for a quick bite.

We stopped for a coffee on our way out of the airport. Very fast service and ordered through the QR code to avoid the line. Ayu Diah ran my coffee out nice and fast. Almond vanilla ice latte $6.60 Australian

I’m delighted to share my amazing experience, yesterday when we ate breakfast at Espresso Bar,Bali Airport before boarding our ✈️ to Perth. All team members welcomed their valued customers with Christmas Greetings, with sweet & happy smile on their face. Our breakfast was served hot and quickly. Coffee cappuccino brewed from fresh beans with an ultimate flavour was awesome.Double fresh muffins was of next level.French Fries were also nicely cooked and the quantity was enough.Fresh Watermelon 🍉 juice was also very refreshing. The serving team-was ever-ready to serve customers with an honest smile on their face. The ambience at Espresso Bar was perfect for customers travelling to their destinations. Now it’s certain our halt would be at Espresso Bar during our visit to Bali. We ❤️ Bali and Bali culture!

I had a very disappointing experience with the cashier named Melati. She was sighing loudly and appeared visibly annoyed throughout our interaction. To make matters worse, I overheard her talking about us to another cashier in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and doesn't reflect good customer service. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure better treatment for customers in the future.

Awesome Coffee, Good Outlet specially for coffee lovers in the bali airport. Guided by Ms.Ayu who works there. Highly Recommended to All, located near by gate 6-7A flight terminal.
