The burger bun was hard and dry, and the chicken inside tasted like it was spoiled — the smell was really strong and unpleasant. The donut was also stale and hard. The prices are even higher than outside, but the taste is not good at all. If I come to Bali again, I will definitely never buy from Donut King again — bye bye. I’ll also let my friends know. This is a 100% honest review.

We tried the donuts at Bali airport and were pleasantly surprised. They were fresh, delicious, and well-prepared. The service was quick and very friendly. Prices are reasonable, especially for an airport location. The place looked clean and nicely decorated. A great option for a snack before your flight!

to use the smoking corner, you have to spend 75,000 IDR PER customer, though not specified on the sign that it is that way. when asked, the staff merely tells you that this instruction comes from management and that they’re merely following the rules. it doesn’t make sense if i am 2 customers purchasing 6 donuts just to use the smoking corner. even when i explained to the staff that i was only accompanying my friends inside and won’t actually be smoking, she still said i had to purchase that much to enter. mind you, i understand establishments have their own rules to get sales, but what i don’t appreciate is the bad service from the staff and the inconsistency in enforcing the rules. we stayed to observe 2 other groups in front of us and none of them had spent close to 75k to use the area. the other customers inside also did not seem to have 75k worth of items while they were in the smoking corner. so to Miss Nenda at the cashier, before you try to lie to paying customers about the rules, maybe learn and enforce them properly and CONSISTENTLY. outrageous and disgusting level of service which is unexpected from Bali. to management, fix your sign if that really is the case, or deal with your staff for the level of inconsistency in their service.

No the cola is not free because the burger cost 125k and the cola 15k. Also the burger is very dry and absolutely not worth the price. This airport is very overpriced in all and rip-off the tourists. Better est outside first! Only good is here you can smoke in a aircon room.

WORST PLACE IN BALI!!! Food not fresh and not tasty at all! The staff rude and unpleasant, I spent 2 months here and meet a lot of persons here and EVERYONE was soo nice people but at the end of our trip, this stupit "donut" staff have to destroy all the pleasant memories and feelings about Bali((( Also their English is very bad that I couldn't understand half of what she was telling, that is unpropriate for airport staff. Please dont buy anything from them.
