I stopped by this eatery at Bali airport before my flight and tried their fish soup and fried fish set with rice and sambal. The Balinese flavors were still well-preserved, especially the spicy sambal that paired perfectly with the seafood. Their Ayam Betutu is also a must-try, maybe next time. While it might not be as delicious as other more famous spots in Bali, this place is decent enough to give you a taste of Bali before you leave. One downside is the lack of air-conditioned seating, making dining a bit uncomfortable in the airport's heat. For those looking for a Balinese culinary experience before flying out and don't mind the ambiance, this place is worth considering.
View on GoogleA must-visit place after arriving in Bali Airport. I really love their Ayam Betutu, very recommended meal.
View on GoogleI was very disappointed with my experience here. I ordered the duck dish, expecting a fresh meal, but it was clearly cooked long ago and just reheated in oil. The meat was extremely tough and hard to eat, tasting stale rather than fresh. To make matters worse, the dish was swimming in oil and the portion was tiny for the price. When I brought this up with the cashier, they didn't care at all and offered no solution, which was frustrating. A restaurant should stand by its food quality. I do not recommend this place if you expect good food and service.
View on GoogleGilimanuk Betutu Chicken, a Balinese specialty, is available at the domestic terminal. It has a distinctive taste, the place is quite comfortable, and the service is friendly.
View on GoogleAyam Betutu and Ikan Goreng Renon are a great addition of restaurants at the domestic Terminal of Ngurah Rai International Airport. We tried the Ikan Goreng Renon menu and yes, it tastes delicious and it helps people like us who, before departure, could not try the ikan goreng renon with the fish head soup. The ambience is good and the price is also good.
