Place is very basic, they have construction going on and the bathroom floods when you take a shower. I had no internet for most of the time, after a week of complaining to the manager, they replaced the router, added range to the the repeater and even had to remove the 3 way plug because the electric outlet did not offer enough electric. Lina one of the managers was very nice, but frequently unresponsive. Her business partner was not only rude, very unprofessional, and even threatened violence, which forced me to leave and file a police report for attempted assault while staying there. They truly don't know how to run a guest house, and have teenagers trying to run and manage a hotel. If you don't need wifi and have one night to just throw a wet bathing suit, it's acceptable. If you need more than that, pay the extra money and go elsewhere, cause the construction noise alone will ruin ur stay. Besides the dirty linens, it was not a bad bed. Good lunch, but caveat emptor. You will get the $12/nifht you pay, which is not much.

Excellent Accommodation. I stayed for three nights and would have stayed longer. The team are very friendly and helpful, they cleaned our room every day, there is hot water and toiletries, and you can rent a scooter from them directly. I love to draw whilst I travel so they even made sure I had desk and chair to do that. Thank you so much to everyone there. Definitely recommend.

Booked for 17 nights, ended up leaving 3 days early, management/staff didn't really care. Cons: The place is far too noisy, none of the rooms have any kind of soundproofing, so every morning at dawn a neighbours rooster will wake you up, then the builders next door will start at 8am and make sure you can't sleep in. Housekeeping offered, but you have to be there to leave the key, if you don't they'll just leave room unlocked! . Also never once changed sheets, just makes the bed and sweeps the floor. Does not clean bathroom at all. Had to ask to get shower hell refilled. Pros: Location is okay. Plenty food around. Bed is comfy. For the approx $27aud I paid per day there's a lot worse places, but during slow season + corapocalypse there's better value. TLDNR Not very clean, too loud, but it's cheap.

Amazing accommodation for the price, probably the best we’ve had so far in our month in Indonesia! The staff are super helpful. Room is cleaned daily. Hot water is great. WiFi is strong and even had a flatscreen TV with super sharp picture. Close to main strip of restaurants and bars. 20 min walk to beach. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

We stayed 2 nights at "Yankee Fara" and we were absolutely satisfied! The hotel is very central but also quiet during the night. Within 5 minutes walking we were at the shopping road and in 15 minutes at the beach. The rooms are light, very modern and clean. Our lightbulb broke once and after we told it to the manager, the problem was fixed in 5 minutes. Breakfast was tasty too.
