What a fantastic dining experience, we enjoyed our time here and the food was sensational, the service was excellent, friendly, and attentive. The first time we came here and I was amazed at the interior and its open kitchen. We love every meal we ordered, was a very good price for the amount of steak we got, cocktails were also excellent! The tomahawk steak was absolutely incredible and cooked to perfection, Salazon did not disappoint! Don't forget to try their 24-hour cooked lemon as dessert. worth the slightly more expensive prices; from the design to the bread to the steak to the sauces (not to mention the butter was one of the best I’ve had in Asia) , overall it’s very good. the restaurant is not busy due to Covid but that doesn’t seem to affect the food. two apps, non alcoholic drinks and steak was around 500k, which is still reasonable. steak menu not huge but satisfactory. only possible complaint is the multiple trips the waitstaff make thorough out; multiple trips to setup the table, drinks, foods at difference times...it’s like eating with other ppl. but overall this its recommended.

With all the great restaurant options in Bali and on this street I'd avoid this one for now. The place is beautiful and has potential. From my 30+ yrs in the restaurant business it's obvious to me that this new management doesn't know what they're doing and should be fired. The staff are polite friendly and are trying but this place is confused including the bar and kitchen. The place wasn't busy and there were tons of staff including 5 behind the bar. First off I had to get up to get service as nobody came to greet us and I was ready to order pre dinner cocktails by this time; she said she was busy serving inside and out ( what were the other 10 people doing? ) They were out of 3 wines I wanted to order the long Island ice tea took over 20 min and literally arrived after the food. They have an overall issue with timing throughout which is basic in the restaurant business mind you so is food quality and consistency. The white wines tasters were ice cold in frosted glasses. We ordered the calamari and soft shell crab and the peking duck.. none we finished. The breading was greasy with sickly sweet chili sauce and the duck dry. I asked to speak with the manager who was dressed in street clothes and he was apologetic and offered us a table flambéed brownie with ice cream and meringue which looked way better than it tasted like all the food we had. Overpriced and overrated and I won't come back.

The meat was very nice with good sides. The fries were air fried, which was a bit odd at the beginning but good non the less. Was a very good price for the amount of steak we got. The Mocktails were also excellent!

The Wagyu tomahawk steak was absolutely incredible and cooked to perfection… we see steaks on many menus when visiting a restaurant but never order it because we know our expectations are high but Salazon did not disappoint! Our steak came w four side choices as well as sauces and they were all very appetizing😋 our oysters were good but warm (we didn’t get sick from them, this is a two day later review haha).. also ordered the steak tartare w foie gras! They do bottomless drinks from 3-9pm (a two hour window from when you first order).. the music was jammin and we will be back when craving steak again!! If you’re just having drinks you should consider having something to eat, you’ll be happy you did~ forgot to mention how amazing + attentive the staff are!! Thank you again for a delicious meal:)
