Sakanaya by Ryoshi is one of our favorite places for fresh seafood in Bali. Everything is incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared. I especially love the edamame—it’s always so fresh and perfectly seasoned. The ramen is rich, comforting, and packed with flavor. The salmon carpaccio is absolutely delicious, fresh, and melts in your mouth. Whenever they have sole fish on the menu, don’t miss it. It reminds me of dining in the South of France rather than South Kuta, Bali. The quality and simplicity of the seafood really let the fresh ingredients shine. Great food, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere keep us coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Japanese seafood in Bali! 🍣🐟🍜❤️

Landed in DPS at 9AM. Shop was closed but we were allowed to walk in and order before 10AM. Friendly staff, great service. We ordered large sashimi plate Butter fish and chips Grilled barramundi Fresh oysters Sashimi’s quality is perfect. The grilled barramundi is to die for. I recommend this menu for a nice grill treat. Butter fish and chips are okay, and the oysters are super fresh. Recommending anyone and everyone to try this place as they sell quality fish with a great price! Definitely will come back again. 5/5

It was a pleasure to stop by this restaurant, it's not your usual sleek japanese restaurant with dimmed lighting :) but it tastes just as good- even better! The restaurant manager gave us an extra 100g clams, which was kind considering it was a meal for two The tuna carpaccio was interesting, somehow it reminds me of ceaser salad dressing? Like anchovies.. lemon... it's good though :) The tuna skewers was also so good, they gave you a bottle of sauce, I thought it was the regular yakitori dark soy sauce but it turns out to be light yellow colored with chopped up leaves... it freshens the tuna and pairs very well with grilled meal Thank you! :)

Not a fan of sushi, but this place got me.. ate 4 nigiri, never in my life😂 the oyster also good, and beef teriyaki. Super great service, thank you, will definitely back🫶🏼

Best affordable sushi in town! The owner give a lot of bonus, but that's not the reason I gave 5 stars! Really love to comeback, and will be my no 1 list if I go back to Bali!
