Stopped by this restaurant to grab a bite to eat. The chicken wings were extra tiny & the beef rendang was tasty but really dry. We enjoyed the Sumatran sauces the most as they were surprisingly good. Was a bit disappointed as the cost was slightly higher than other locally priced restaurants. The female staff member was friendly & smiley.

I recently dined at Rumah Makan Saleko in Bali and had a wonderful experience. The home-cooked Sumatran food was both delicious and reasonably priced. The service was excellent, and I was particularly impressed by the quality of the fish dishes. The tuna I ordered was outstanding, and I learned they also offer Marlin. If you're looking for authentic Sumatran cuisine with great service, this place is a must-visit.

If you are staying near the tourist area but still want a taste of authentic local food, I'd recommend this place 100%. The service was excellent, the lady there was very friendly and explained to us what the dishes were. The price was incredibly cheap, 2 full plates of food for around 5 AUD. The food was delicious! Especially the spices if you're into spicy food, but there are also many non spicy options. The only difficult thing if you're a tourist is, there's little air flow and no aircon. If you're not a fan of the Bali heat, get takeaway. In the one week I was in Bali, we went back 4 times.

I came bit late, so there was little options to choose, but overall tastes good and cheap.

My favorite place for dinner. The food is delicious, good portions and value. There's always a nice relaxed atmosphere and attentive staff.
