One of the best East meets West restaurant I have found in Bali, this place is amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming to me and my kids. The food was amazing and everyone finished their plate. from the dumplings, pizza, nasi goreng, snapper and skewers, - everything delivered fresh, hot and timely. The kids loved the mocktails and the range of cocktails was on point - check it out if your in the area

We had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at Jackson Lily's by Ginger Moon! I visited with my wife and kids, and from the moment we walked in, we were made to feel right at home. The staff is incredibly warm and attentive, paying special attention to our children to make sure they were happy and comfortable throughout the meal. The food was simply delicious—every dish was packed with flavor and prepared to perfection. A special shoutout to Hana, the manager! Her professionalism and friendly demeanor truly elevated our experience. She checked in on us and ensured everything was running smoothly with a genuine smile. We couldn't have asked for a better family dinner. Highly recommended to anyone looking for amazing food and exceptional hospitality!

Had such a beautiful experience at Jackson Lily’s 🌿 We came in for a relaxed meal and ended up leaving genuinely impressed. The smashed avocado was fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced, and the channa masala was rich, comforting, and full of flavour — you can really tell the kitchen knows what it’s doing. A special mention to our server, Yudek, who truly made the experience stand out. She was warm, attentive, and effortlessly welcoming without ever being intrusive. Service like that makes all the difference, and she got it just right. We also loved the little surprise of two complimentary drinks as part of the offer — such a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience feel even more special. Great food, lovely atmosphere, and standout service. Would absolutely come back again 💛

We came across this restaurant with our grandchildren whilst on family holiday after experiencing lots of restaurants in Kuta, Legian and Seminyak over 10 days. The food was excellent the best we had experienced during our stay. The best chips we had had in a long time, all food was made fresh 20/10 from us and the service was exceptional, the menu even catered for our somewhat fussy grandson. Only downside was the bathroom was a hike upstairs but something we had experienced else on our holiday also. We are back again in May and will definitely visit again.

We ate hear twice, once for lunch and once for dinner, and each time we received awesome service and amazing food! The venue itself is easy to find and an easy walk from Bintang Supermarket. Absolutely fabulous mocktails and cocktails! The Dr Erik's cocktail is both a drink and a show, as it's served with dried ice and even comes with an addictively delicious tamarind and ginger lollipop! So so good, as was the coconut cocktail I had, too. It's really great to see a restaurant having fun with it's menu! All our meals were fantastic, too! Thank you so much!
