I booked this place as a landing hotel after a very long flight. Because I didn’t want to make my way to Ubud. I stayed three nights. And wished I had stayed longer, it’s a tired old lady of a hotel. But the price point reflects this. I had a two storey room with a kitchen and living area downstairs and then stairs up to a bedroom bathroom and balcony. Smart tv, fridge, bathtub, breakfast. And the location is great. Very close to all the things you might need when you land. Such as money exchange, sim, bathtub, a quiet bedroom, great comfy bed and sheets. No noise from the rooms at all. A swimming pool too. And lovely staff. ||I used the place to recover from jet lag after a 18 hour flight from london and it was perfect for that. If you like the busy seminyak area ( I don’t as it’s too Commerical and busy for me) then it’s also a perfect place to stay for a proper holiday on a budget.

Have stayed here several times now. Staff ate wonderful, and the owner is a doctor. True Balinese accommodation with comfortable bed, huge room with balcony and great pool. Breakfast is sufficient to start the day. 24-hour medical available on-site if needed. Also situated on eat street and easy walking distance to beach and well known establishments such as Ku de ta

Our recent experience at this resort was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Upon arrival, we were informed that there was a strict “one suitcase per person” policy, which was never clearly communicated at the time of booking. We had five suitcases plus backpacks for our group, and despite our explanations, we were denied entry unless we left some of our luggage behind—an unreasonable and unrealistic demand. They then asked us to pay more than DOUBLE the price to store our bags in OUR room. To make matters worse, when we asked to speak to the manager, the manager literally ran away to avoid the conversation instead of addressing our concerns professionally. This level of avoidance and lack of accountability was completely unacceptable for a hospitality establishment. After deciding not to stay under these ridiculous conditions, we requested a refund—only to be told we would not be receiving any of our money back. We didn’t even step foot into the accommodation! This experience showed a complete lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic customer service. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. Policies like this should be clearly stated upfront, and management should be willing to handle concerns directly—not hide from them.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The location is very convenient, just 10 minutes from the beach. boutiques are within walking distance, offering plenty of shopping options. Restaurants, bars, massage centers, and spas are also nearby. Despite being in such a lively area, the hotel offers a calm and quiet atmosphere, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Kayu Aya. Our room was clean and spacious, with a hot shower and bath. The pool was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, always smiling.||PS: Thanks to the owner and staff for taking care of an abandoned old Labrador, which shows their humanity and kindness.
