Not usually a fan of Padang food, but this one hits different—super tasty and still affordable. Go for the "cincang" and grab some "kerupuk rambak", then ask for extra gravy—it levels everything up!

pretty good Padang. Huge food and sauce selection. Biggest cooking woks I’ve ever seen. It’s still a grimy Padang place to eat (not clean, some flies) but for the taste and portion to price it’s worth a try. Plenty of off street car and bike parking.

This nasi padang place doesn’t really offer much variety, which is quite far from the usual Padang style. When we arrived around 12:30 pm, only one vegetable dish was available and there was no tempe. They also allow smoking inside, which made it unpleasant to eat and even hard to breathe at times. On the bright side, I did enjoy the cats snuggling around my legs (or maybe just begging for food).

1 chicken and 1 beef for 50k IDR? That's a first for me. After 6 years of living in Indonesia, this might just be the priciest Padang meal I've ever had. Even in Jakarta, I usually pay around 30k IDR for the same thing. Maybe I chose the wrong place, or maybe they saw my face and thought, "Tourist pricing!" 😅 Not knowing I've been surviving as a student in Indonesia all these years.

Food is so good 👍 Favourite item here is ayam kari/chicken curry. Ordered a portion of chicken curry and iced orange, costed IDR 30K. There are variations of menu items as well.
