The meat is juicy and thick-cut (pork belly and beef short plate especially shine), cooks easily and stays tender. - Banchan selection is generous and fresh — the kimchi has a nice spicy kick, and the lettuce wraps are super crisp.

I recently visited your restaurant and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. Compared to other Korean restaurants I’ve been to, there were a few key differences that stood out: 1. Menu Structure: • It was unexpected that I had to order a bowl of rice separately for kimchi stew, vegetables for BBQ, and even kimchi itself. This is not typical for most Korean restaurants, where these items usually come as part of the meal. • The absence of traditional side dishes (banchan) was also notable. These side dishes are a staple in Korean cuisine and greatly enhance the dining experience. 2. Dining Experience: • While the atmosphere might be suitable for hanging out with friends, it’s not particularly family-friendly, especially for those dining with children. The lack of side dishes and the need to order basic accompaniments separately could be inconvenient for families. 3. Authenticity and Branding: • If I hadn’t been to other Korean restaurants nearby, I might have mistaken the style for something like Balinese. • To better reflect a true Korean dining experience, consider incorporating essential elements like rice, stew, BBQ, and a variety of side dishes into your offerings. This would also help justify the pricing and improve overall satisfaction. Thank you for considering this feedback. I believe these improvements could greatly enhance the authenticity and appeal of your restaurant.

The worst restaurant I have seen ever. Ttaekboggi is warmed up after its cooked and it has dark brown colour (maybe cooked it early in the morning). Kimchijiggae was without meat ( verry small 2 pieces of slice of belly). Only some leaf came for side dish ( almost no side dish). Samgeobsal has not got any leaf for wrap it. Generally, I am for sure their chef does not know how to make korean food. Maybe no chef in this restaurant.
