This is an amazing hotel to stay at. Amazing scenery, Free breakfast and wifi. Rooms are clean and great for the price you pay. Elevators to get up to your room floor and much more. Great location. Beach at the back of the hotel. We have been coming here for 18 years. Not disappointed. Staff have always been nice. Highly recommend staying here.

We love this Hotel and have stayed here multiple times. Each visit they seem to up their game a little bit; cookie in the room on arrival and beautiful new white fluffy towels. This is an older more traditional Bali style hotel which is why we love it. The rooms are spacious, clean and the grounds are stunning. Breakfast is vast and varied and the beachfront location is perfect - so many great restaurants, spas and shops close by. I, like a previous reviewer have only one gripe and it is not the hotel, it is the guests. Despite the many signs requesting guests not to do so, despite a single page sheet on this very subject in the compendium in every room there remain an entitled, selfish few who still think it is OK to reserve sun loungers! The hotel has put in so many extra sun loungers it is verging on being overcrowded but still, this horrible behaviour prevails (not limited to just this hotel I might add). Stop it!!!!!

Loved the Kumala Pantai. The location is close to everything. The rooms and facilities are a little older but still good. The gardens are beautiful and the staff who work there cannot do enough. The restaurant was the best around with amazing pizzas!

Good hotel. With a nice restaurant. Friendly staff. Two pools and enough shades for the sun. Also enough chairs at the pool. Limited carpark, but no problem sofar. Most guests are from Australië, so no worries. Rooms are good, with comfortable bed, working AC and clean. The only small gripe keycard stops working around 11 at the day you check-out. So you need to reactivate the keycard if you want the get your luggage between 11 and 12.

Rooms are clean, tidy and spacious. The gardens throughout the resort are absolutely amazing. Many ponds with fish and turtles scattered around the grounds. Lifts to get the higher floors. The staff are friendly and smiling. The pools are wonderful, big and clean. I would definitely return here to stay. 😃
