Fat Bowl was a really nice surprise. I ordered the steak and it was cooked just right, with a rich flavor that made the meal feel special. I also liked the updated decor, which gave the place a warm and cozy feel. Even with the seed cut off, the overall experience felt inviting and worth coming back for.

We have been in Bali for 2 weeks and this was the second to last night for us (always sad!) We came to Fat Bowl and were so happy. We both said this was up there with our top five dinners. I got the pork belly and my partner got the lamb shanks both were sooo good. The pork belly was so flavourful. The kind of meal I will be thinking of all the time once I am home. My partner said it was the best lamb shanks both he has ever had. The meat fell off the bone. To finish it off he got a fresh strawberry juice - which was also beautiful. There was a 2 piece band playing live - with a guy on sax. Was one of my favourite nights in Bali and would recommend going there. Thank you to the amazing staff - I didn’t catch their names but all were brilliant and friendly (especially the girl with the Invisalign on her teeth!) We got a main each, plus 3 drinks and it was about $60NZ which is cheap. Thank you so much X

Omfg food is absolutely amazing. Fresh. Hot. Well presented. Staff are amazing. Service impeccable. Atmosphere spot on. We ordered chicken katsu bao buns, satay sticks (moistest ever!), sweet and spicy gojuchang chicken. Chef even cooked us a couple of scallops to try which was friggin amazing considering I don't eat seafood. Highly recommend the new Fat Bowl!!!!!!!!!!

Good service & great food. Didn't have to book a table & our group of four were seated promptly. There is also an upstairs area. Table service was quick, friendly & efficient. All items on the menu available & once ordered, the time to delivery to table was acceptable. Enjoyed our meal here.

Our Favourite Restaurant! We first discovered Fat Bowl a few years ago, and ever since then, our Bali trips just wouldn’t feel complete without dining here. The food has always been consistently good, well-priced, and satisfying. We especially recommend trying their sushi plates perfect for lunch or as an appetiser before dinner. Everything we’ve tried has been fresh and full of flavour. A little tip: come a bit earlier or book a table in advance, as the place gets busy every day which says a lot about how good it is! The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which makes the experience even more better. We’re already looking forward to coming back again on our next holiday. Highly recommended!
