One of my favorite cafes in the Kuta area for the food and vibe, but I was deeply disappointed by the service. I noticed a significant difference in how local Indonesian guests are treated compared to foreign tourists. As a local, I felt ignored and unwelcome. When I was browsing the shop, I felt judged as if I wasn't a serious customer. Meanwhile, foreign tourists were greeted warmly and proactively shown the latest products. It's a shame because the atmosphere is great, but the hospitality should be equal for everyone. I love the menu and the cozy atmosphere here, but the service needs a major reality check. There is a visible gap in how staff treat local Indonesians versus foreigners. I felt ignored and looked down upon while browsing the store. Great food and a cool concept, but the 'preferential treatment' makes for an uncomfortable experience. 4 stars overall, but service is a 2.

Trust me, this isn't my first time here. Every time I’m in Bali, I always stop by BGS, but I’m really loving the vibes at BGS Kuta.😎🤘🏻 First off, the coffee taste is consistent and made exactly how I like it. Second, the atmosphere is so cozy. And third, the baristas are super friendly and polite.😊 I highly recommend coming here again and again whenever you’re in Bali! Thanks BGS, see you next year!🙌🏻🎉

Modern coffee shop in Jalan Legian, bit rare in Kuta, shared spaces with surf clothing shop. Coffee was okay, the cappuccino a bit weak for my taste. I'll try piccolo next

Extremely nice people - feels like visiting friends ❤️ I can spend here whole days, banana muffin and carrot cake are just delicious, same with smoothie bowls. Coffee and matcha re just great. Perfect place for a quick coffee sip, as well as long hours of working. Will come back again for sure 🤍
