The server is very rude, no notification that chicken breast is empty, so when I chose chicken breast I was glared at and told this is not available, then I chose what was available, when the rice was given it felt like it was thrown, especially the older woman, then when taking take away I wasn't served, I took it myself, why like that? even though we paid to eat there, is there no SOP implementation? or is the standard really like that?? swear if you are in a bad mood don't come here guys you will get more stressed later

⭐ Very disappointed with ACK today, September 3, 2026. When I went to wash my hands, my food that was left for a moment on the table was licked by a stray cat roaming the area. I asked the 2 staff ladies who served me to replace the chicken, but was refused. One of them, the lady wearing dark glasses, directly refused to take responsibility. I am really disappointed. The food was licked by a cat, but the customer was asked to just accept it. Please be more serious about paying attention to the cleanliness and safety of customer food.
