We went here for lunch while exploring the canggu area. The place is outdoors with lots of trees and overhead hangings so there isn't really many tables that are in direct sun. We came here at around 1pm. The nature atmosphere is great. Upbeat music. Decor is consistent. Service is great. Food delivery is not slow, but also not fast. It is as expected. There are multiple menus and ample selections without having too much to choose from. We had the duck and chicken. Items 1 and 2 from the local favorites section. The amount is actually just right. There is flavor cooked into the meat and extra sauces and garnish on the side so every bite has flavor that isn't too overpowering. I believe other places where there's too much flavor makes it hard to finish this amount of food, but because they balanced it well we were able to finish. Drinks from what I can tell are great for photos and look at but isn't the best I've had. However, that is expected because this is a lunch spot first and drinks second Comparing it to juiceries or cafes where drinks are primary would undersell this place. Overall great experience.

I really enjoyed my visit. I ordered a fresh healthy juice and a Balinese coffee, and everything was clean, hygienic, and delicious. The venue itself is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by lush greenery, trees, and a natural garden atmosphere. The setting creates a wonderful sense of calm and connection with nature. There was only one aspect that felt out of place for me. While the physical environment naturally inspires relaxation and tranquility, the music playing from the morning onwards was quite energetic, almost resembling house or club music. In my opinion, it didn’t fully complement the atmosphere that the space itself creates. As a suggestion, with such a beautiful venue and natural surroundings, it might be wonderful to enhance the experience with softer music—perhaps traditional Balinese music, light jazz, or other calming sounds that allow guests to fully appreciate the greenery, sunshine, and peaceful ambiance. I believe this could elevate the overall experience and help guests connect even more deeply with the unique sense of tranquility that your venue offers. Thank you for the lovely experience.

milu has been one of my favorite places for a long time and I’ve always loved coming here. The atmosphere is beautiful and it used to be one of my go-to spots. I’ve ordered the açaí bowl several times in the past and was always very happy with it. Unfortunately today it was quite disappointing. The consistency was very watery and thin, which took away from the usual quality I was used to. I also noticed that the peanut butter seemed quite basic – for a good açaí bowl I would expect a high-quality, ideally organic peanut butter. Because I really like this place, it’s a bit sad to see the quality dropping, so I unfortunately have to remove a few stars this time. I truly hope it improves again, because Milou has always been one of my favorite spots. ps: BIG PLUS is the kids area!!!!!

Such a cozy and relaxed place with a calm, airy vibe that makes it perfect for brunch or a laid back lunch. The food is fresh, comforting, and consistently good, with portions that feel just right. Service is friendly and attentive, though it might feel a little hot if you come between 11 am and 2 pm. The atmosphere still makes you want to sit, chat, and enjoy your time instead of rushing.

I liked the atmosphere at MILU By Nook, and the setting made it an easy place to relax. The staff came across as friendly, which added to the visit. The only downside for me was that some of the low tables and seating weren’t very comfortable for eating, so that part could be improved.
