Visited 13 August around 12:00 PM. As soon as I entered, one of the staff members looked me up and down in a way that felt like she had already formed a judgment about me. That immediately made me uncomfortable. I felt extremely uneasy shopping here. That same staff member then stood nearby and watched me with what felt like a very judgmental, hawk-like gaze throughout my entire visit, despite other customers being in the store. I had wanted to take my time, browse the options and enjoy looking around, but the constant gaze made that almost impossible. I felt like I was being scrutinized rather than welcomed as a customer. I can’t say for certain why I was singled out, but as a brown-skinned customer, I couldn’t help wondering whether my appearance had something to do with it, especially because the other customers didn’t seem to receive the same level of scrutiny. When I tried something on and came out because it didn’t fit, her response was a pointed, “Oh yes, it didn’t fit right,” which came across as unnecessarily judgmental rather than helpful. I do want to mention that the other staff members were very nice and welcoming, so this review is specifically about the behaviour of this particular staff member. Staff can be attentive without making customers feel watched or judged. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Absolutely love this store! So much variety to choose from in brands, colours and accessories. Beautiful pieces. The staff were super helpful.

Love this shop! Very girly, and the staff is lovely. You can find anything you want, from clothes to accessories, notebooks, candles, and jewelry. Perfect as well if you are looking for a gift! One of my favourite shops in Bali!

I really love this shop. I buy my favorite perfumes here, and they also have variety of designer accessories — scarves, glasses, jewelry, and clothing. They also have sales market 1 time every 2-3 months.
