Very nice restaurant! We were more than satisfied with chicken sate and sweet and sour chicken. Nice placing right near the beach!

Yes, the menu does state that service charge and VAT are not included in the prices. But why is the owner doing this in a country where this is not the norm? Obviously the owner is well aware that customers tend to oversee this small written info in the menu. Its just a terrible way of doing business. Had the food at least been good... but it was at best very average, and quite overpriced (even before the added service charge and VAT). The staff was nice, but that's about the only good think I can say about this place.

Absolutely atrocious. We ordered a few items off the menu. Every last one was rubbish. The pizza is actually frozen pizza bases from the supermarket with ingredients tossed on and then put into the microwave. The pork ribs was the same deal. Microwaved. Absolutely, utterly atrocious.

Spoilt by a few things: - Smell of raw sewage flowing past - No prawns for the Seafood Pizza - No prawns for the Prawn Pizza - No mushrooms for the Chicken & Mushroom Pizza - No tartare sauce for the Calamari with Tartare Sauce - Pretty poor service with having to get up from the table to call the waitress who was more focused on her paperwork and what the cook was doing (obviously not a chef if he couldn't make a bit of tartare sauce). Will never go back there and certainly not recommend to anybody.

Bob Bistro has great potential to be a top venue with its location near Brawa beach. However, it fails miserably at every other department! The food was terrible, ordered fried icecream and all you could taste was thick batter (so thick that the icecream was warm! A first!) The cocktails ordered, vixen and B52, had no ice and seem to be made from cheap alcohol. The music played was some headbanging EDM music from youtube as they had no playlist (ended up selecting some songs from tomorrowland and kygo). The whole layout is ill thought out. For examples, the speakers are located on the floor rather than placed up high to allow surround music. The whole decor is outdated, their sign BOB looks like it got picture from google of an 80s sunset. This place is a big bust!
