Came here out of pure curiosity after seeing a video of their Japanese curry in another Google review, and it definitely did not disappoint! The curry was incredibly delicious! Thick, rich, and perfectly seasoned. It comes loaded with potatoes, carrots, onions, and meat. My only feedback is that the portion size is a bit modest and could be slightly increased.🍛 The ambiance is very cozy, featuring warm and slightly dim lighting that creates a relaxing, intimate vibe. The interior has a strong, authentic Japanese feel to it, from the tatami seating areas and noren curtains to the traditional fans on the walls. The pricing is also very reasonable. A lovely spot for a quiet meal! 🥢
View on GoogleI have visited this restaurant sooo many times, and never had a disappointment! The foods were delicious, the place is so comfortable ❤️ I have tried so manyyyy different foods and never not satisfied. The skewers are the best. The service is so nice, the servers are so friendly and kind. I love the ambience so much, it reminds me of Japan so much! I wish more people would come to this restaurant.
View on GoogleHad an amazing meal at Seki Tei! We ordered the Spicy Tuna Roll along with a bunch of other dishes, and everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The quality of the food was consistently great, and every dish we tried was full of flavor. The service was friendly and attentive, and the overall dining experience was excellent. Definitely one of those places I’d happily come back to whenever I’m craving Japanese food. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleI decided to have some sushi at a café and ordered sushi take-away. It turned out to be a huge disappointment. I ordered salmon rolls, and when I got home, I discovered that inside the roll there was a large amount of deep-fried flour. This ingredient was not listed in the menu, not shown in the photo, and not mentioned anywhere. It’s simply unpleasant, unhealthy, and full of unnecessary calories. Nobody warned me about it — neither in the menu nor in the picture. I don’t want to eat sushi like this. Why would I? Japanese people don’t eat sushi this way — it’s disgusting. You completely ruin the dish with ingredients like this. And the fact that you don’t disclose them is unacceptable. For this, I am giving you one star and I would not recommend anyone to come here until you fix this issue. You cannot add hidden ingredients without informing your customers.
View on GoogleI love the sushi! chewy, melted, thicker and bigger compared to the other sushi restaurants I've been to. Tamago Nigiri surpised me! The best tamago Nigiri I ever had 🤤 Ocha is also so good and thick, free refill ❤️ Ramen taste good, I ordered Tori Tantan Ramen, noodle is chewy soup is so yummy and not too spicy. Ajitsuke tamago is just perfect 😩 They gave us free Konyaku/Jelly, I guess its lemon/lime with lemongrass flavour? Idk, but what I remember it was so yummy, not too sweet, slightly sour and refreshing. Perfect dessert after having sashimi, it makes your mouth fresh again. We love it. 😆 The ambience is just so ❤️ I went there around 9pm, and there wasn't many customer. It was quiet, so comfortable. Toilet is clean. All the Staff is so friendly. 😊
