What a great place to enjoy local food that is tasty, safe and reasonably priced. The ladies are lovely and welcoming. It is the best way to experience local culture & people. There is a lineup at lunch time.

Had a great meal at Warung Kawan in Kerobokan! The corn fritters were delicious — crispy, fresh, and full of flavor. The staff were friendly and the place has a nice local vibe. Definitely recommend stopping by!

we were visiting Seminyak and hoping to find some authentic Indonesian food. We stumbled across wurang and thought we’d try it. Food was amazing, so full of flavor and super fresh. The ladies were so friendly and helpful in explaining what all the dishes were. I didn’t feel like we got charged tourist prices either. We went back multiple times and highly recommend.

A small local warung serving local food dishes and staff are friendly too. Lots of local dishes to choose from, but seats are limited due to its stall size. Recommended to buy takeover instead. One of the cheaper Warungs I've visited, my meal cost only 15k.

It’s been my favourite Warung from my stay in Seminyak and I’ve been back multiple times. Their food is fresh and high quality. Their prices are extremely reasonable. I’ve always paid between 18,000 and 25,000 for a plate of food and I can get greedy wanting to try everything on the menu. They have limited seating options in the Warung and most people get their food to go. The family that runs it is very friendly and honest here. No tourist or bule prices. The only problem is their popularity. Most people here buy their food to take away early around 10:30-11 for lunch and 5 PM for dinner and then consume it elsewhere. When you arrive late, most of the food is gone and your choices are severely limited. Make sure you come early and you won’t be disappointed.
