Absolutely loved this Japanese restaurant. The food was authentic, every dish was delicious. The architecture and fit-out were just as impressive, creating such a beautiful atmosphere and experience from the moment you walk in. A perfect mix of incredible food and stunning design. Highly recommend.
View on GoogleOne of the best Japanese Restaurants in Bali. Strong taste, best service and cozy athmosphere. I strongly advice to all.
View on GoogleA lovely peaceful dining experience. The food was exceptional. We had the shared set menu and every dish that came out was sensational. And the timing between dishes was perfect. The service was also great.
View on GoogleVery overpriced and overrated. The chefs skills were good but we bought the most expensive omakase set (shiro) and everything that came out was just standard sushi you could get at a cheap place. The salmon collar was especially disappointing ( usually used for soups) and a few times I am sure we heard a microwave ding. Unni piece was very small and also the salmon sashimi slice's were small and my partners chutoro tuna slices were inconsistent (one small one normal piece) The dessert did not come with fruit as stated on the menu. And the miso soup was boiling hot, which it's not supposed to be. Also the wasabi was cheap powder not fresh wasabi root. Service charge was also more expensive than other restaurants (21% as opposed to the usual 16%). Total bill was 2.3 million idr. Luckily we are not from Bali so it wasn't too expensive. But for Bali price it's very expensive and I feel let down by the dishes we were given. As other customers stated service can be slow. We were the only ones there and our meal took just over an hour.
View on GoogleQuite an interesting decor albeit austere dining room which seats only 20. Selection of omakase or a la carte. Went with latter option with selection of sashimi, tempura and hot cooked dishes. A selection of sake and wines however prices were very high. Nothing outstanding and all dishes were ok. Plating not up to standard as what we would expect in a fine dining japanese restaurant. The online booking experience was very poor and we almost gave up…looked like an outsourced booking platform that didn’t communicate with the restaurant so we were left wondering if our booking was successful. Turned up in person to check otherwise we would have given up. The service was fine however there were only our party of 4 and another couple there for the entire dinner service.
